Welcome to my Arizona photos page.  It's surprising how so many people who have never been to Arizona tend to think of it as just a desert with lots of Saquaros. Well, we do have lots of desert and lots of Saguaros but we also have a lot more than that.

The first time I came to  Arizona was in the summer of 1964 when my father was transferred to Williams AFB, near Chandler, after nearly five years of living in Denver, Colorado, and I thought I was going to die of thirst if the heat didn't get me first. Now I really can't imagine living anywhere else. It's still as hot as it ever was but if it gets too hot, the mountains and the pine trees are only a couple of hours away.

So here's a few photos for you that my wife and I have taken over the years while living out here in the desert. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you'll come back soon.
